There are a number of self-help tools that you can use to make your journey to smoke free easier. The ones that we have highlighted below are easy to access from either the ITunes or Google Play stores and we have provided easy to use links.

 

NHS Smokefree  

Description: The Smokefree app can help you stop smoking by providing daily support and motivation. If you stay Smokefree for the 4-week programme you’re up to five times more likely to stay quit for good.
